All the staff were excellent. Pleasure doing business with everyone there- but why do I make an appointment the day prior , show up early to fill out needed paperwork and still have to wait 45 minutes to get in?.. I can go to a lot of places in the Valley that are cheaper to do a DOT physical for my company and they keep appointment times +-10 minutes. This location was just happened to be close by at the time. Note taken- will not have to make phone calls to explain why am still sitting in the waiting room

I was able to make an appointment and did not have to wait long. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I appreciated all the COVID-19 protocols that were in place and strictly followed.
