Place is brand new… Looks clean. All the ones i met ,are very nice. They work fast. I can tell they are coordinated . They go straight to the point. I am a very busy person and when i need to go to a doctor, I need to be checked out and if everything is ok ,i would go home. If there’s something wrong, then i will sit down and talk and would like the health care profesionals to take their time with me and explain everything i need to know

I was experiencing covid symptoms and made an appointment to get tested. I had to wait an hour past my appointment time because the staff was behind due to being swamped and understaffed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I think they would so benefit from having another staff member or two to help lighten the load during this flu season. My covid test was pushed through due to my symptoms so I received my results the next day! I could not be happier with my experience at Care Spot. The staff was awesome!
