The staff was very efficient, professional and extremely friendly. This was my second visit for a Covid-19 test. The nurse practitioner I saw was so nice and professional. I would rather go to back and pay my $75 copay then wait for a free test . The office was also immaculate. I am a dentist practicing for thirty years and if I had any other issue I would go to carespot rather than going to my physicians office. Dr [NAME REMOVED]

No one wants to go to any Urgent Care Facility, but at times it is necessary. This was my first trip to Care Spot. I was deeply impressed. From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly, directed to a sanitation system and of course needed to wear a mask. The women at the desk were all 5 star. Professional, helpful and caring. They assisted me with the computer “paper work” and my wait time was insignificant. The nurse who did the preliminary work was efficient, kind and answered my questions. The doctor arrived, checked out my problem was very honest, gave me an injection for infection, prescribed antibiotics and said that he could not do, at the time, what he would like until the infection was down/gone. He gave me very clear instructions. Answered each question and did not rush me in anyway whatsoever. He called in my script and I was on my way to the pharmacy and home. I’m feeling better, I believe the infection is down and I look forward to the surgery which will happen in about two weeks. Yes, though I hope I don’t ahve to return to Care Spot, if that is necessary I know I will get the best of care.

Always friendly employees and I’ve never had to wait longer than my appointment time. Everything clearly explained to me and everything gets loaded to my primary dr who is with Orlando Health so he always knows what is going on even if I forget to tell him
