Went to one MedPost & wait time was too long, they were able to direct me to another location with a relatively short wait time. I was able to see someone for an injury that happened the same day.

YOUR NUSING STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND KIND, THE NURSE MADE SURE MY TEST WAS DO BY THE RULE. THE TEST WAS FOR THE GOVEMENT. YOUR RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING TO GET REGISTER, HOWEVER THE GOVERMENT HAD SEND MY TEST TO THE DUNN OFF VIA EXPRESS, THE REPCEPTIONIST HAD TO LOOK ALL OVER TO FINE THE TEST, THE DESK WHERE THE FEDEX TEST WERE KEPT WAS IN A TOTAL DISARRY, I LOOKED IN THE CABINET IN BACK OF HER DESK, AND THEIR WAS NO ORGANIZATION, I BEGAN TO PANIC, BECAUSE THIS WAS A TIME SENSITIVE TEST, AFTER HER SEARCHIG OTHER AREA OF THE DOCTOR, SHE HAD TO CALL THE GOVERMENT OFFICE TO SEE IF THE TEST WAS SEND, THEY APPARENTLY TOLD HER THE TEST HAD BEEN SHIPPED, SHE FINALLY ASKED THE NURSE (WHO THE RECEPTIONIST HAD PASSED SEVERAL TIMES, BECAUSE THE NURSE WAS BUSY PASSING THE RECEPTIONS HELPING OTHER CUSTOMERS. IF THE RECEPTIONS AREA WAS MORE ORGANIZED OR HAD ASKED THE NURSE FOR HELP, I WOULD NOT HAD SUFFERED THE STREES. HELP HER GET THE AREA SET UP BETTER, OVERAL THE HOLD STAFF WAS NICE., I WILL RETURN TO SEE IF THIS ISSUSE HAS BEEN RESOLVED. THANK YOU MS [LAST NAME REMOVED].

Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. I was nervous about it being a Covid testing site but having the ability to wait in the car was reassuring. I would definitely return if needed in the future.
