I had a hard time on Saturday morning finding a urgent care that would take my insurance. I called around 1:30 and they set a appointment for 2:30. I went to the wrong location in Rockwall but they took care of me anyway. They all were very professional.

We came Friday afternoon for my son’s finger that was hit during basketball. ALL of the staff were AMAZING. One person in particular, Elijah, I think (I called to get his name) was absolutely amazing to my 11 year old son. He picked up on the fact that my son was nervous and that he was a Lakers fan and immediately started talking to him about Kobe and Kobe fracturing his fingers and using the Mamba Mentality. He completely put my son at ease and I can’t thank him enough. My son ended up having a fractured pinky and had to go to an orthopedic surgeon that afternoon. But, my son kept talking about how great MedPost was in checking and treating his finger.
