Med tech was knowledgeable and efficient. The front desk though, needs to understand when people are coming in for a test such as a drug test, and the patient says how much longer as they were on time making them wait 30 minutes is not appreciated. Waiting with a full bladder even after I scheduled my appointment was not appreciated.
