My recent visit to Care Spot was a first because my primary care office was closed. I was very impressed with the ease of getting an appointment online and preregistering. The office personnel were very pleasant and helpful when it came to completing registration on a tablet. The screens on the device were not especially clear about where to answer Yes/No. Those things are not usually located at the top of the screen. Once taken into an exam room, the personnel listened carefully to what I had to say about my exposure to Covid in the previous 24 hours (I was there to be tested). My BP was elevated but my explanation of having missed a dose of my medication was accepted. My entire visit took 1 hour which included attention to an adult daughter who accompanied me for testing as well. VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE
