While the check in process always seem long, I can’t say enough good things about your clinical staff at this location in Nocatee! It was just a visit for a COVID test, so they could’ve been in and out, but our PA took the time to speak with my daughter, find out why she needed one and then even went further when we mentioned going to the dermatologist that morning and being disappointed in the care. He took the time to look at her face and offer some suggestions on what her issue may be and other questions we could ask. He was willing to do what a specialist was not willing to do – ask questions and get to know my child. While other urgent cares may be quicker or less expensive for us, CareSpot will continue to be our first choice b/cse of the care we have received. Thank you!
