I was very pleased with my care at Care Spot on 9/26, it was later in the day and they were very busy, but everyone was very pleasant and got me out the door as quickly as possible.

Best of all the woman who came in to talk to me after another woman had taken my Covid Test.. She was THE Best communicator .. took time talked to me.. can’t tell you how much t meant to me to have her HEAR my concerns and actually engaged in convo with me as she answered my questions.. not typical!!! Hats off to her! When people come in for a test they are unsettled.. most of the time.. so from the receptionist we first see to the last person we see.. it matters how we are treated.. it’s ALL about Your Approach.
