Friendly; efficient, and knowledgeable. The physicians assistant was friendly and professional as well as the doctor. They made me feel welcome and that I was in good hands. They listened intently to what kind of symptoms I was experiencing. They informed of what hey could do and how we could treat my situation. But they put no pressure on me about how to pro9ceed.
