Wait is not too long and convenient and very available.(time & day wise on emergencies) Everybody is nice and seems to be knowledgeable in their field It’s a first step to making a decision for the next step. I appreciate the service they provide.

Very clean and comfortable waiting area and treatment rooms. Friendly receptionist and the medical staff was excellent. Plus, I was able to schedule my appointment online and fill out the paperwork. Didn’t have to do anything but check in and I was cared for immediately.

My provider, Karen Stover APRN, was WONDERFUL. She was very reassuring and calmed me down and made me feel heard. She ran all the tests necessary to give me peace of mind and was very educating and insightful. I haven’t ever had an experience at CareSpot, or any urgent care facility/ER as pleasant as the one I had on Sunday. I was called back at my appointment time and treated very well by all staff members.
