when we called from home that They told us there wasn’t any appointments but They would work me in. Only waited a short time. Very friendly up front and in the back they were great. 10 ++++

Unfortunately the wait time was not good at all for me. It had all the earmarks of waiting in a crowded ER. Granted I did not make an appt; but I was sent from a potential employer for a drug screen, after having been there for 2-1/2 hours, and I did not arrive to Carespot until 3:45pm, with no chance of rescheduling. The lobby had 3 people in it when I arrived. I was not called until close to 5pm. Then while collecting the sample I dropped the cup in the receptacle. OMG!!! I had 3 hours to repeat the process or fail the test. I’m sure I was tired from being gone all day, and by now I was close to tears. There was only one employee working the front desk, and she was the only one that could do the drug screens, and occasionally, someone came from the back to assist. Having said all that, the staff was quite pleasant and compassionate, which was very helpful to me after creating my disaster. I think my overall waiting experience would have been better had more staff been available.
