I am visiting from out of state and have had a need for medical attention a few times in my nine month stay. I went to another walk in clinic and they misdiagnosed my UTI TWICE, which left me in a position to get extremely sick because I was untreated. When I went to Care Spot, I felt a completely different atmosphere of professionalism the moment I spoke with your front desk personnel. Interacting with EVERYONE on staff was comforting and informative and I felt safe and cared for by a competent medical team. Care Spot will be my go to whenever I’m in Florida. Also, I was trying to schedule a Covid test with CVS before traveling home and I spent an hour on the phone trying to track a Minute Clinic where I could actually speak with someone. They are so disorganized and even reaching out to the pharmacy didn’t help. Then it occurred to me that maybe I could have my test done at Care Spot. I called the Wellington location I go to and had an appointment scheduled for the date and time I wanted in about two minutes! THANK YOU, CARE SPOT FOR MAKING MY STAY IN FLORIDA AND ADDRESSING MY MEDICAL ISSUES A SMOOTH AND FLUID PROCESS!

I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had. From check in to check out I was treated with the best Customer Service. This facility was extremely clean and the personal was very friendly. The Dr. I saw was amazing and cared about my well being. I will recommend this place to everyone I know!
