Must admit I did not ask questions at the first two urgent cares (not yours) but did say I thought my hand was broken. When I went there , no x-ray tech. When I called your facility I did ask there was tech, appt set, no wait time, x-ray taken and a wrapped cast put on. I then got a call to set up an orthopedic doctor and got it the next day. No complaints here.
