The staff was friendly. I waited for almost 6 min before I was called inside the room. Dr Samantha Gargilo was really friendly and knowledgeable of what was happening. She prescribed me a medication and in less the 2 days I was cured. I will definitely go back this this clinic on 2323 South Orange Ave in Orlando. Great staff.

The customer service is great. My visit was quick and efficient. It is unfortunate that I do not have health insurance. I basically paid $200 just to get a simple antibiotic prescription. I told the doctor my symptoms and already knew what was wrong with me. I did not get a vaginal swab or anything… I basically paid $200 for a simple urinalysis. It just seems steep but I guess that is the cost of a doctors visit without insurance. Anyways, the staff is nice and the facility is clean. I have been here numerous times, never had an issue.

Vince Walsh and the MA/nurse were so kind and professional. I’m so thankful that they were the ones who did my care. The receptionist wasn’t that nice but the staff in the back made up for it.

The entire experience was very positive. I made an appointment online, check in was easy and the waiting room was not crowded. Every person I met who worked there was courteous and the entire appointment was very efficient.
