When I arrived, I was experiencing CHF, although I did not know it at the time. I was immediately brought into a room, seen by the CNA, and then the PA. Within 15 minutes, I was transferred to Baptist. If it were not for these 2 people, I may not be here today. I have also been treated at this facility on other occasions, and treated the same way, with compassion and competence to diagnose and treat my symptoms. Thank you for providing the care that you do.
