I wasn’t treated like a leper. In June I had tried to get medical treatment close to my residence in Davenport Fl, using my insurance companies care provider locator online. I waited for almost 1 month for my appointment with paperwork in hand arrived for my appointment only to be met outside the door and told at that time it was a virtual appointment and not let in the building because there was no doctor there. I never went back and am still looking for a primary care physician.

I thought everyone I was involved with was professional and friendly. I wish I had gotten their names because I have never felt as comfortable as they made me feel.

The care associates were very professional. The wait to be seen was within my personal limits of no more than 15-30 minutes. They person giving the test let me know what was going to happen, did the test in quickly, they gave me written instructions on how to get the results. They did say it could take 3-5 days, but I did receive the results in 2 days. Very satisfied.

The nurse was so good with my son she was patience and she understood how kids with Autism interact with the world. The doctor was horrible he tried to scare me into doing a procedure that was unnecessary for my child. I can’t remember her name at the moment maybe it started with a D but she was tiny, black with long braids and she’s a rock star. Whatever kudos you guys do she needs all of them the doctor needs work!!!!!! Period!!!!

The great bedside manner of the nurses and doctor staff, they make you feel at home and safe, and it’s very clean and efficient. I saw the provider Kristy today and she was awesome! Totally recommend, the best urgent care in Claremont and the surrounding area hands-down
