I called to see if carespot was open and have appointment. The person answering the phone was professional, asked if she can put me on hold so she could speak to the doctor. I was able to just go over and be seen. The staff took all precautions to make me feel safe.

The PA in charge of my case that day was super informative, she listened to my concerns and really tried to help me figure out the best solution for me. She was also very kind.

First and foremost, the lobby was kept clean and they had hand sanitizer and masks at hand when you walked in the door. The staff was being safe and protective of themselves and others. They were considerate and professional. The woman were super friendly and answered any questions. I felt super comfortable!!! The doctor was professional as well as her nurse. They both were so kind and super awesome!! I hope I don’t need to see a doctor for a while but if I do I’ll be back to this location for sure. Thanks!!
