I’ve been coming to the Cypress, CA MedPost for years, maybe even decades! I have no idea how long. I do know that there’s a reason I choose this specific location over my own insurance plan providers (when I’ve not been in network and paid out of pocket). It’s because of the QUALITY, consistency and efficiency during every experience I’ve had. It’s the compassionate, kind, and hard working staff that treat you as a real person, not as a random name on a sheet. Hands down I would recommend anyone in any city to come here. They were already very efficient and had state of the art technology for sign in and checkout etc before the pandemic, including options of booking an online appt (which is sort of unheard of in urgent care settings) but even during the pandemic and the changing of medical protocols- My recent experience was still an effortless process and I chose to come here instead of my PCP. Thank you!
