The entire process was well thought out especially with COVID. The staff was amazing and the facility was clean and I felt safe. Proper protocols were adhered to and timing was good. I was informed of my condition, asked if I had questions and observed for my safety prior to leaving. I felt cared for. My only complaint is that, I called to ask about the walk in policy and was informed that I could walk in. It was approximately 10:00 am when I was standing in front of the receptionist only to be informed that I would need an appointment to see doctor and advised me to come back at 12:45pm. Had I drive a distance or was extremely uncomfortable, it would have been a very difficult situation.

Friendly staff, well organized as far as safety concerns for the covid virus. Appointment was on time. Attending doctor was informative and an explained what the plan was to correct my injury an took care of it.

Young lady was very polite at the front desk. When taken back for blood pressure etc. the young lady was very professional. The PA that came in explained everything very well and I left with no questions unanswered.
