To be honest, I would recommend your services to a friend not because of the quality of service, but because you provide the TB test which is required for my business. The blood draw only took 3 minutes but I waited for over an hour even after I scheduled an appointment. If I knew of another business that would offer a TB test without a doctor’s referral I would use them instead. Your staff was friendly but not quick. I do not feel Carespot was considerate of my time as a customer.

Dr.Nadeem and the other ( both staff and doctors) listen. They care about you. You have one Doctor who is rude, short, abrupt and absolutely no bedside manner. I will not go when he is on duty. Dr. Hiladago, he has even tried to give me meds that I can have a reaction to. He should be reported to the medical review. Not only that he is just slow and rude. Otherwise I love Care Spot and always appreciate their professional, prompt and caring attitude. True heroes.
