I went to brea location and service was great. I made appointment and didn’t wait no longer than 15 minutes. Everyone from front desk to medical assistants were friendly. I quickly got diagnosed and prescription was sent over. I appreciated all this, as I have been to other locations before and haven’t had the same. Would come to the brea location again if needed.

I called and was able to get an appointment . I was in severe pain and was given an appointment right away . I was accepted at the center pretty quickly . They diagnosed me and gave me prescription which are helping me

The PA who did my daughters health check was very nice and understanding. She listened to what our concerns where and she gave us clear answers and solutions. The nurse’s aid was also very friendly and had a warm energy to her. The facility was clean and and not to busy. We were in and out in about an hour and a half. My only issue was with the front desk person. She had a nasty attitude and did not welcome me and my daughter when we walked in. She never gave instructions on what I should be signing or if I had a co-pay or not. She just took my ID and insurance card after rudely asking for them and I stood there in silence for about 5 minutes wondering if I should go sit down and wait to be called or if she needed me to answer any questions. Finally she hands me a tablet but doesn’t explain what she was handing me the tablet for. For someone who is the first face someone sees when entering a place it was not a good impression for me. I am so glad I did not take my daughter some where else because the PA and the nurses aid were very friendly and they are the only reason I’ll go back.
