The smooth relatively fast time it took for my appointment from scheduling online, arriving and completing the paperwork requirements at the front desk. As well as minimal waiting time in the waiting area and to be seen by the provider was fast and the treatment and completion for my care also fast but thorough. The only thing that was not good customer service was when the gentleman that answered my phone call to the facility was not very helpful nor enthusiastic. I suppose he assumed that everyone or anyone scheduling an appointment with MedPost knows how to work with the process in place during these pandemic times. I had to ask questions and only received blunt yes/no answers and had to feed those answers to him. I would hope a verbal walk through on what my encounter will be like and the process. He shouldn’t be answering phones because he surely lacks customer service skills and just basic human interaction. I’m sorry I wasabother to “him”. Thank you
