The front staff was great. Very patient and communicative. The nurse who was lovely took my childs weight, temperature, blood pressure didn’t wear gloves and my child being almost 10years old and well versed in how the medical team should always wear gloves when seeing a patient esp during Covid times caused my child to have anxiety about the visit. the nurse practitioner was helpful and gave us information was fine she also wore gloves and my child kept asking why did the nurse before you not wear gloves. The visit was fine. We’d go again but we will be more vocal next time to remind the nurse wear gloves please.
