I called Friday morning to make an appointment and was told you were not busy, to just come on in, which I did 20 minutes later. I got there and was told there were 3 patients ahead of me and it would be a 45 minute wait, that I would have to wait in my car because only two could be in the waiting room at a time. It was hot in the car, I did not have a cell phone and I had not brought a book or anything to read When I told the receptionist she should have let me make an appointment and she should have told me I might have to wait in my car, she was very argumentative and repeatedly stated that I should have realized that walk ins were taking their chances that you would be busy. I think that was very rude.
