I like that MedPost could see me that day when I was so miserable and that they are affiliated with Baptist so my doctor could get the records easily. Everyone was so nice to me when I got there.

I especially appreciated how I was treated on the phone when I called. I spoke to Ron & he was pleasant, patient & understanding as, he thoughtfully answered my questions about, being tested for COVID-19. The next morning, I was tested by Michelle & she kindly put my nerves at ease. When she first called my name as, I waited in the lobby, she was positive, bubbly & upbeat. She then assured me that, the test would be, pain free & it was, therefore, I definitely recommend this facility without hesitation because of it’s, great customer service & TLC.
