I have always been very pleased with the medical services we have received at our local Carespot. Much more so than the Baptist doctors we have been often referred to. We found them less responsive and literally have to deal with an inept staff.

The receptionist was very polite and professional and the nurse who took me back for triage was very sweet and professional. I was feeling a little nervous about the visit and she was very quick to calm me. The doctor also wonderful at explaining what was going on and I was happy to hear that the medication I needed was available for pickup there before I was ready to be discharged.
