Easy to make an appt online. Didn’t have to wait long for the doctor.

I am giving it a 10 because nurse practitioner Karen Stover took the time to listen & actually cared about what was going on with me. She was really nice and very knowledgeable. The clinic has to work on timing… Although I had an appointment, the wait time was long. My appointment was at 5:30 and I did not get called until 6:30ish. Overall, I was there until 7:30.
