I was able to get a covid test for my son the same day after waiting 4 hours the previous day at a local all night pediatrician (with a severely unprofessional and rude staff). The staff at CareSpot was AMAZING. They were friendly and courteous beyond expectation. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I’ll be sure they’re the only urgent care I use in the future.

I really liked the PA who evaluated me at the Durbin pavilion location. He was thorough and took time to explain my diagnosis. He noticed a fracture that the radiologist missed!

The entire staff was very nice and professional no was in and out within 30-45 mins. Definitely will be back, if needed and also recommend others. I literally forgot that I’ve been to another location which is much further than the location I was seen yesterday
