Excellent services – I had an urgent health matter that could not wait until Monday. Very courteous reception – online appts also available – was able to get in Sunday afternoon. Quick registration – testing done for possible infection. The PA asked about symptoms and history and within a short time, results came back confirming condition with an email to my pharmacy for prescription. Overall atmosphere professional, very educated and top notch staff. I give this location an A+. I arrived somewhat stressed and in pain, and my experience was similar to that of going to a long-time family doctor. As I write this, feeling so much better. Located in Neptune Beach – great location and this is my second visit as this past 18 months has my personal physician booked for many weeks – they advise urgent care when they can’t schedule and CARE SPOT is the place to be.
