Quick and simple services with clear instructions and good accommodations. Tablet usage was a bit odd as the screen protector was improperly fitted and the screen itself tended to not register taps. eSignature pad was either broken or otherwise unwieldy/difficult as it failed to register pressure properly enough to get a proper signature.

I do like that you can schedule on line. My only concern is when unscheduled on line I typed in the reason for the visit, when I got there they read the reason and said we can’t treat you here for that and gave me referrals to make appointments. When I questioned why didn’t anyone call me, made the appointment the day before, she said we have been busy.. I left work to come to the visit, since I was there I asked to be COVId tested as I had cold symptoms.

The front desk young man and young lady working the back by themselves were a great team and though my appointment was pushed back due to 3 emergencies coming in right as I was checking in, He explain everything and the wait actually wasn’t as long as I thought it would be. Flu shot price was reasonable as well. I was able to get all the exams I needed for my pre employment so it actually saved me time. Great customer service when I called to ask him a question as well.

I’m always able to see a doctor/nurse practitioner at Care Spot when I can’t get in to see my regular doctor! Everyone is nice, professional, and genuinely cares about my wellbeing!!
