The clinical teams bedside manner was impressive. In addition, the NP on duty (Jim) was very detailed and engaged me to partake in the plan of care to ensure we aligned. This was the first time I’ve experienced patient-centered care in some time and I work in healthcare.

Multiple things. The convenient, clean locations. The excellent customer service. The online appointment scheduler. The staff is always polite, professional, and efficient. I am treated with respect and dignity. This trip was for my elderly mother who was apprehensive about a walk-in clinic and she was comfortable and had a good experience.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. From the front desk Rebeca to the physician Michele Trimble. It’s always nice to count on you guys when life get in the way. I fell riding my bicycle and came in Michele Trimble saw me and took care of me. Thank you for all your attention.
