Paul Lascuna was extremely kind and helpful. I went to a different carespot 5 days before with the same issues, but with no relief I had go back. I’m finally feeling better because he listened and solved the problem. The entire office staff from the front desk to the MA, and DNP were very kind and I appreciated that immensely after my previous experience.

THE TWO PERSONS WITH WHOM I DEALT – DANA AND THE PERUVIAN LADY WHO TOOK MY SAMPLES WERE EXTREMELY COURTEOUS. AT ALL TIMES THEY WERE CONCERNED OF HOW I WAS DEALING WITH THE QUESTIONNAIRE AND MY WELL-BEING INSIDE THE OFFICE. SPECIAL THANKS TO CARLOS, THE PHYSICIANS ASSISTANT, WHO WAS CONCERNED REGARDING MY TEST AND WAS NICE ENOUGH TO BRING OUT THE COMPUTER TO LET ME READ THAT THE SAMPLES WERE LOST – AND THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE SAMPLE ITSELF. THAT MADE THE WAITING MUCH EASIER. THANKS A LOT – LIVING IN P. PINES, WILL SURELY RETURN TO YOUR PLACE – IF NECESSARY.

EVERYONE there was kind,compassionate and very covid compliant!! Your staff is excellent.The doctor worked on my problem for more than an hour!! And,he did so with expertise and humor!! I had better care there than in a private dr’s office!!

Professional and friendly staff. Followed all of the recommendations for CDC guidelines. I was impressed that they offered you a mask to put over your mask upon entry into the building. Also, the ability to make an appointment online. I was surprised an oral temp was taken instead of a temporal. I did feel safe and well cared for. Front staff very nice and accommodating. Thank you for being here for us!

The staff was very friendly. They were patient while listening to my concerns and comforting when I was nervous or in pain. The total time spent waiting between procedures and discussions was not bad.
