The wait time was fairly short. The med tech seemed kind. The doctor was very kind and empathetic. He really treated me with respect and seemed to know what he was doing. The only issue is that the med tech and the doctor had no identification badge with a photo, which I found unsettling, and a bit odd for a medical facility. The person at the front desk seemed a bit uninformed, & to lack attention to detail. She had incorrectly loaded my date of birth in the system. I asked her to correct it because the insurance would reject payment. She also didn’t seem to understand that Medicare is always primary; the secondary insurance won’t pay without Medicare handling the claim first. She didn’t want to scan my Medicare card, but after I insisted, she did.

The Staff was friendly and helpful. Doctor show’s concern for patients and gives advice. He mad time to ask if we had questions or concerns. Great place. My son had been coughing all week and otc meds were not working. Med Post is close to our home. I am happy I brought him in.
