Even though I was not happy to hear I could have a 2 hour wait, I was thankful you were open to see me in the evening after I got off work. I did not have to wait the full two hours and my medical assistant Jessica and nurse practitioner Stephanie were both great. Thank you for being there during these unprecedented times. I appreciate you set expectations on the wait time and that it was actually much less. Thank you!
