Brought my 83 year old mom in for a UTI. Wait was not very long. Lobby clean and neat. Receptionist very kind and thorough. PA Jennifer A. was awesome! She got down to mom’s level, spoke clearly so she could hear and asked lots of questions and gave her advice. She went above and beyond to really connect with her and assure her that she would be well taken care of, her meds would take care of her UTI fairly quickly and her job was to drink more fluids. I wish Jennifer was her Primary Care Physician. The convenience of Care Spot makes it a winner for our family. If needed, we’ll be back.
