I went to the coconut creek office on the 8/8/20 I didn’t have an appointment and I was able to get in and get the covid 19 test done. I had an appointment at the Coral springs office but when I went for my appointment the young lady at the desk told me it wasn’t that day and time , I ask if I could get it done anyway she told me no and thats after I took time off work to get it done . I was very disappointed I did have an appointment for that day but for some reason they i didn’t have one. So let’s hope if I have to go back to coconut creek whome ever I see will be just as certious as the one before

It was easy to schedule an appointment on line and I was seen just a bit past the appointment time. The nurse was very efficient and helpful and the doctor was wonderful and explained what I needed to know. He wrote a prescription and I am on my way to feeling better. He told me that in the event that the lab results indicate any change in care, that I would be notified.

It was quick and easy. We were able to register online. Everyone was wearing appropriate PPE. Made for a quick and stress-free visit.

This facility and all the staff followed all social distancing and masking guidelines perfectly and I felt extremely safe. Everyone was also efficient and courteous.
