IT STARTED WITH APRIL – THE LADY WHO MADE MY APPOINTMENT. EXTREMELY COURTEOUS – THE LADY IN THE FRONT DESK WAS PATIENT – I COULD NOT HEAR WELL WITH THE MASK ON. AND WAS SEEN FIRST BY PAMELA – A PERUVIAN LADY, LIKE ME, WHO MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND WITH NO FEARS. TO FINISH THE VISIT, YOUR NURSE PRACTITIONER CAME IN TO CLOSE THE INTERVIEW WITH A CLASP OF GOLD. NO COMPLAINTS ALL – EXCELLENT SERVICE.

I was refered by my employer to take a drug test. Prior to arrival I was able to reserve an appointment, and upon arrival I was promtly and courteously welcomed. The process was very smooth and quick. The receptionist provided me with a pad to complete which was short and user friendly. Soon after I was called, and a technician assisted me and I was on my way home in about 30 minutes.
