I love the service that was provided

The person at the front desk was very professional even though it was not her usual job and she had not worked the front desk in a very long time. Secondly I really liked the doctor and his attention to the care I needed. My best friend vowed never to come this this facility again as she has a very bad experience with a female doctor who refused to provide her with medication for her sinus infection; sending her home from (2 separate office visits) telling her all she had was a cold and to wait it out. So I was relieved not to have been seen by that physician.

I’m giving a 10 because I don’t like to give bad reviews. However. They only one this time that was nice to me was the doctor. I don’t need someone to hug me but a simple hello and nice tone of voice goes along way. People now a days at work are robots. The nurse that took my blood pressure etc, he didn’t even say hi. The doctor was really nice. The receptionist wasn’t rude to me but I didn’t like the way she spoke to people. Again, her tone of voice to me wasn’t appropriate. Thank you. I’m go back because they give covid19 test results within 2 days always.
