Answered the phone! Quick Pre-screening and appt scheduling. Not crowded. Short waiting room time. Very good bedside manner from nurse and NP. I am a frontline healthcare worker who needed Covid swab; they reassured me results in 3 days so I can return to work ASAP. I should have results tomorrow.
