All of your staff were very friendly and professional. We were from out of town and I am a nurse. I was blown away by how prompt the service was, the card and compassion of all the staff and the cleanliness of the office. Dr Ali was phenomenal. Her attentions to detail, bedside manner and professionalism was the best I have ever experienced. She was wonderful with my daughter and myself, including us in the plan of care and thoroughly explaining the discharge instructions. I am very thankful I randomly chose this urgent care.

Close to home and able to make appointments

I like that I can just walk in and be seen by a Doctor right away and don’t have to make an appointment. Tried to get an appointment with my family doctor and they said sorry we have no openings today what about next week. I am in pain today and don’t want to wait till next week so I went to Care spot.
