Very professional and efficient. Wait a little longer than I would have liked given that I pre-registered online. However, total time at the facility was about an hour, which is not too bad. I did get excellent service and advice on to proceed.

i arrived at your Carespot due to closing of Carespot closer to my home.. I was very sick and not feeling well. The staff was warm, caring, competent and efficient. The wonderful nurse at the front desk was welcoming and kind. I had no appointment. However, I was able to receive quick, caring and efficient health care service. I am very grateful for the staff at this facility!

Great doctor and nurse. Funny and had a smile the whole time. Really checked everything rather than just handing out antibiotics and moving on. Took my older son (with the same sickness) to his primary care doctor and they didn’t do half of the things they did for my younger son at Carespot.
