I was very pleased with this facility. Friendly staff, place was clean and smelled good. The wait was about half an hour with an appointment, but that’s not too bad. Prefer prescriptions to be called in rather than a hand written prescription, but still not a deal breaker considering how much I favored this place in comparison to other urgent care facilities.

The whole staff was amazing! From the young lady at the front desk to everyone in the back! From what I could see, everyone was treated the same and the staff treated everyone with compassion, dignity, and respect! I felt comfortable the entire time, definitely best place I’ve ever received care in Nacogdoches, Texas!💜
