The customer service at this specific medpost Urgent Care has always been excellent. The medical staff always friendly and thorough. Also the doctor on duty has always been so friendly and caring about me. She specifically remembers me when I come in and take special care and listens to all my needs. She is also very thorough and checked me out because I was concerned of possible pneumonia from my latest diagnosis of Coronavirus 2 weeks ago. Thank you so much for the great customer service I always appreciate your service and professional atmosphere. And hand sanitizer is always available as well as masks because they are so vital at this time

Polite and professional staff, ease of making appointments, clean and welcoming facility. They called and gave me my COVID test results two days early, and then they called me a second time four days after that just to re-affirm that I had received them. Would highly recommend!
