The facility itself is always VERY CLEAN and pleasant. From the moment you arrive, you are spoken to with respect and an attitude of really caring is demonstrated. All staff are very knowledgeable and answer my questions patiently and thoroughly. The Nurse Practitioners I have seen have always done some healthy teaching and give very clear instructions as to care and follow up. I never feel like I am rushed through the process. The staff works together very well. I always have a feeling of confidence that I am receiving the best care available. I appreciate the follow up texts that encourage me to call if I have further questions or if things appear to be getting worse. This is a very professional facility and staff. Have recommended it to friends.

from the minute I walked in to the minute I had to pay for services, the experience was most excellent. I was in pain and wanted infromation. Physician was very professional and very nice. staff was pretty darn amazing for an urgent care
