I thought the check gentleman and the guy who took my daughter vitals were very professional and were pleasant. However the doctor needs better bedside manners. 1. She did not introduce herself and 2. She had a very rough disposition. She primarily barked orders. Since I am not sure if she was a doctor or PA, please revisit your bedside manners especially when you are dealing with children and patients in general.
