Cleaniness and nurse made everything easy

The lady, I wish i got her name, that checked us in was very friendly and patient with everyone that walked in. She took my daughter to get x-rays and my daughter came back saying how nice and patient the lady was with her. I really wish I knew her name because she is the kind of person I definitely would want working for me. (We were the first patients on Friday 7/31)

Professional, friendly, helpful, kind. The world is bad enough, given the fact that everything is in turmoil. Such hate and rudeness everywhere. Putting everyone at ease was extremely comforting.

I was in horrible knee pain when I came in. The doctor who saw me was very careful and very complete in his evaluation, then prescribed a shot, some ointment, and provided me with some exercises.
