I had an appointment and was in and out within 20 minutes. Although a sign said COVID test results were taking 10-14 days, I asked the staff if they could tag my specimen to get expedited results, as I needed them as part of a pre-operative work-up, and I had my results back within 3 days!

Very nice staff and ease of making an appointment or getting in line online. The front desk was very helpful and welcoming. The nurses and doctors were very friendly and clear on instructions. Even though I needed to go to the hospital for further testing, they still took the time to see me and give me clear instructions on what I needed to do next.

I called in the morning to schedule an appt for that day and was given the time I needed. When I arrived, the wait was minimal compared to past experiences. I was in and out in less than an hour! The flow of checking in was smooth and effective.
