1. Reliable and highly educated Doctors and Nurses. 2. They see me as soon as possible and are sincerely friendly to everyone. 3. The ladies who are at front desk always immediately acknowledge me, then expedite my needs with the sweetest smiles. 4. I feel safe and secure upon leaving, as its great! I tell people to go there!

I needed a COVID test and CareSpot Monument Rd. Jacksonville, FL. was very accommodating. I was a walk-in and didn’t have to wait very long to be seen. I had tried to get into a closer CareSpot at Neptune Beach but they refused to take me as a walk-in and said I needed to make an appointment. This was at 4:00 pm. I then looked up another facility and they said they would see me. The receptionist was friendly and cordial as was the nurse who performed the test. The doctor was professional and answered my questions. Overall, a very good visit.
