The offices were clean and sanitary, and all the staff were courteous and professional in their dealings with me. I went in for a what I thought would be a simple Covid test, but after talking to the doctor (Dr. F. Breed) about my symptoms and getting examined, she recommended that I get a chest x-ray. The x-ray identified that I had pnemonia in my lower left lung and I was immediately given an antibiotic shot and pills to take for 5 days. If this had not been discovered, I might have gotten progressively worse over the next few days while awaiting the Covid test results. This was a great demonstration of her ability to listen to me, then perform a quick examination to get to the root cause of (at least) my immediate symptoms…and it puts me potentially on the road to recovery quicker than if I’d just taken a test and awaited the results. In addition, the lab tech stayed on top of things, letting me know the process, and keeping me in the loop even though I was there longer than initially expected. He gave me an outline of what to expect on timing depending on what the initial exam revealed and at every step of the process (x-rays, etc). Though I was there longer than expected, his ability to keep me in the loop and the tangible results for next steps in my treatment made it worthwhile. With all the craziness going on with this pandemic and other things, its refreshing to interact with true professionals. I will recommend anyone I talk to to go to this MedPost clinic for their Urgent Care needs.

Medpost Anaheim Hills has clean facility. The assistant doctor that asked me questions about my insomnia was very thorough in finding out the possible cause. I like that the doctor that saw me afterwards was holistic and not the type who would prescribe strong medications right away. He gave me a list of supplements to tryout first then a sleeping pill as the last recourse. I just wish I was given a copy of the diagnoses and the bill though, that will be sent to the insurance.
